Our CNC Turning Facility contains 3 Mori Seiki Turning Centers and several other CNC Turning Centers.  These machines are ideal for manufacturing complex components which have lathe turned and milled features. The  machines are equipped with bar feeders for automated machining of components up to 16" in diameter and 25" long.  Live tooling, sub spindles and a parts catcher with parts conveyor allow for fully automated, unattended operation.

All machining operations of the Turning Machines can be accomplished with outstanding accuracy and control including:

  • Turning
  • Milling
  • Drilling
  • Tapping
  • Deburring

As can be seen from the pictures on the left, we have the capability of machining parts to the high precision and accuracy required by the scientific, medical and professional markets. 

All programming for the Turning Centers is done via CAD/CAM software, including SolidWorks, Key Creator, GIBBSCam, and PartMaker.

Materials for manufacture of your parts include metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, titanium, and most other metal alloys.  We also routinely machine a wide array of plastics and other polymers.

All programming for the Swiss Screw Machines is done via Solid Works CAD software combined with Part Maker CAM software.  Geometry from your CAD program can easily be imported to our systems. 

Materials for manufacture of your parts include metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, titanium, and most other metal alloys.  We also routinely machine a wide array of plastics and other polymers.

Finishing operations include deburring,  electro-polishing, passivation and high purity cleaning depending on your requirements.

Assembly, including laser welding and microscopic assembly, provide additional value.
