IMI Adaptas specializes in parts and services for mass spectrometers, gas chromatographs and related analytical instruments. Our manufacturing facilities continue to expand both in size and capabilities. 

We offer complete engineering and design assistance as well as manufacturing facilities. We have over 20 years involvement in the design of filaments for mass spectrometers and a wide range of experience in vacuum systems and gas chromatography. This experience in the scientific field combined with our machining knowledge and capabilities enables us to design for maximum production efficiency and excellent part performance. Our computer aided design (CAD) system from SolodWorks is a state-of-the-art 3D design package.  The CAM system links our design capabilities to our computer controlled machine tools to maximize efficiency. A design can quickly be translated into actual tool movement for either a mill or lathe.
