Analytical Laboratory

One of the unique aspects of Scientific Instrument Services is our analytical laboratory.  Since we are a scientific based company, we have a variety of scientific instruments which we use for the design and testing of accessories that are used by the scientific instrument market.  This equipment is also used for testing on some parts for our OEM customers.  Our Laboratory equipment is available for the analysis of samples for potential customers of our thermal desorption systems or for other organizations on a limited basis who have need of our analytical services. You are welcome to visit our facilities for a demonstration of the Short Path Thermal Desorption System. We would be happy to analyze a few samples for you to demonstrate the applicability of the system.

We have the capability to test parts for out-gasing and contamination using our mass spectrometer system with thermal desorption capability.  This has been used to test 'O' rings and other polymers used in gages and parts that might outgas contaminates.  By identifying the problem components, steps can be taken to correct the problem.
